User can adjust back gauge position to control shear size, according to actual need. ParalleJ
shift of back gauge plate achieved by synchronous operation of motor driving two screw rods,
press console back gauge"+","-" button to control fast before and after moving of back gauge.

The machine's blade gap adjustment finished by rotation offset of eccentric shaft on upper
support point. First adjust blade gap according to plate thickness, material properties before
shearing. Whether blade clearance adjustment is appropriate, this is important factors of
influence shear quality and extending blade life, we suggest user adjust as per the below table
(Example: sheet metal thickness is 3 mm, material yield strength is 550 N/mm2 , check the table
can know the blade gap value is about 0.20 mm).
