MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

LICEO DE CAGAYAN UNIVERSITY
PARTIES
This memorandum of agreement is entered between JOYCE LUMAHANG represented by its
representative, heretofore referred to as the training institution and the LICEO DE CAGAYAN
UNIVERSITY-COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ACCOUNTANCY represented through its college
Dean and heretofore to the University.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this MOA is to establish an agreement between the training institution and the University
concerning the design, implementation, and evaluation and monitoring of the OJT program of the
University.
This MOA covers all student trainees assigned to undergo a structured program for the development of
competencies established by the parties.
This agreement seeks to coordinate, facilitate and expedite the implementation of said program for the
exclusive benefit of the parties and the students-trainee concerned.
DURATION
This agreement shall commence on NOVEMBER 9 and shall terminate on DECEMBER 2015 unless
otherwise terminated by agreement of all parties.
CONDITIONS
This attaining the purpose set forth in this agreement:
The Training institution will:

Align the training and development activities with the current industry standards and needs.
Provide all resources necessary for the proper development of competencies required.
Established appropriate procedures, guidelines and policies for OJT program.
Define the role of Training institution Practicum Supervisors and appropriate committee as case
maybe.
Define and establish internal process by which OJT program will be planned delivered and
evaluated.
Inform appropriate personnel and department on the training services being provided by their
institution.
Provide student-trainee access to information that will be relevant to the overall achievement of
competencies/skills required.

Establish a mechanism for student-trainee evaluation.

THE UNIVERSITY

Establish guideline in the determination, assignment and monitoring of the student-trainees

performance.
Provide necessary orientation on proper business, processes, conduct and ethics of studenttrainee.
Conduct periodic monitoring of student-trainees performance.
Provide information required by the training institution Pertinent to the student ranking and
standing.
ALL PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL:

Conduct regular consultation meeting for the assessment and evaluation of the program.
Purpose policies and guidelines for the improvement of the program.
Exchange relevant information of current industry standards.
PROCEDURES FOR AGREEMENT

The MOA may be modified by the mutual agreement of the appropriate partners. Any such modification
will preceded by 30 days written notice to the other party of the intent to modify, alter revise this
agreement and the purpose of such.
The parties acknowledged this to be a provisional document, which may require modification. The
parties agree to work in good faith to negotiate any such modifications to this agreement.
