The Resource Group (TRG) Pakistan is the countrys largest provider of BPO services
with 4 locations in Karachi and Lahore. TRG Pakistan Limited, the first listed IT-enabled
services company in Pakistan.
They believe that they will successfully execute their mission by capitalizing on their core
strengths and adhering to key organizational initiatives.
There are different Functioning department working together to provide the best
facilities and environment to get the best possible results to earn profit and provide
excellence. Some of them are mentioned below:
IT Department: They are working to give the best IT Services by maintaining their
windows and systems.
HR Department: They are the Hiring and Firing Department. They are hiring highly
educated employees to get the best outcome and giving the best possible relief to the
employees.
IPT Department: The internet protocol telephony department who is managing their
System IP and call process and routing of calls in their CRM.
Administrative Department: Admin officials are operating the supply of equipments
and machineries and looking after the safety of it.
Procurement Department: They buy and sell the stuff like machinery; System parts
etc to provide the equipment needs to the company.
Service Desk Department: A Service Desk official gives command and informs the
relevant department to provide the specific Needs. It connects the departments officials
and transforms their officials commands in written form to the relevant department.
Finance Department: They calculate the company inflow and outflow of income and
generate employees salaries and maintain the record of profit and loss.
Management: Every company has is management level who look after all the
departments and give satisfaction and assurance to their stakeholders and employees.
They coordinates and oversees the work of other people so that organizational goals
can be accomplished.
Clients: They have several clients whom they are giving services. They provide them the
softwares and contact center services to get the maximum profit. They have established large
call centers all over the globe to give the best call center services to their client. Some of their
clients include AT&T, PITB, ZONG, British Council, Verizon and Comcast, Telenor, Nestle,
Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Apple, Warid Telecom, Mobilink, Google, Toyota and Reckitt
Benckiser.
Social Activities:
They recognize that running a global business for global clients affects consumers,
employees, communities and other important public and private sector stakeholders around
the world. They strive to adhere to local laws, environmental considerations, ethical standards
and international norms in all the communities we serve and whenever they expand our
corporate presence.
They proactively initiate impact studies whenever programs are expanded to new locations
in order to measure the social and economic impact of making those business decisions. Nonexecutive employees, as valuable stakeholders in the company and important members of
their respective communities, are deliberately involved in major corporate decision-making.
Each of their global locations promotes social responsibility by participating in community
outreach programs. Country managers and contact center site directors work closely with
volunteer teams to select and support local charities, initiatives and organizations. Examples
of organizations that they support and have partnered with include Habitat for Humanity, Big
Brothers Big Sisters, and Toys for Tots. Their employees are instilled with a passion to get
involved in community outreach and actively participate in walk-a-thons and sponsor drives
to support local causes. Pakistan has also been hit hard by numerous earthquakes, droughts
and floods in recent years. Therefore they have participated in it to provide food, shelter and
clothing for the homeless person by inaugurating relief camps to the sites. Many of their US
sites sponsor monthly dress down day or jeans for a day programs where employees can
dress casually in return for a donation to a charity of their choice.
Their participation in socially responsible programs and initiatives has not only strengthened
their position as a leading business in the communities they serve but has also ensured that
TRG and their Portfolio Companies are a trusted name for business partnerships and
employment.
