Transformer oil analysis

Operating history of the transformer is checked from

the history database and together with the customer.
The Transformer oil analysis is performed at a
selected laboratory and consists of the following:

Dissolved gas analysis

Voltage breakdown test
Water content analysis
Acidity analysis (option)

Reporting:
The data obtained from the above tests will be used
factory ABB factory specialists to determine to
condition of the transformer.
A report will be complied containing any maintenance
recommendations and further actions. As a standard
one electronic copy will be submitted.
