Following Faculty/Staff Members are appointed as GTU Coordinator/Senior Supervisors/Junior Supervisors/Relivers respectively for GTU Summer-Exam 2015, as per the schedule.They have to
observe the following code of conduct during the supervision of Exam.
* GTU Coordinator has to present in all sessions.
* Assigned Senior Supervisors for particular session must have to visit exam blocks during exam whole time.
* Stationary and Numbering Supervisor must remain present during the exam session.
* Assigned Junior Supervisors must report at the examination section 45 minutes before the time of examination.
* They must reach in examination hall 30 minutes before the time of examination.
* They must contact GTU Coordinator/Senior Supervisor in case of any query or irregularity during the examination. They must not take any decision themselves.
* They can not alter their supervision without permission of Director and GTU Coordinator.
* If they will not do their duties, that day will be their LWP.
* Exam department has right to alter or assign duty to any faculty member whenever required.
* During Supervision reliving time for Jr. Supervisor is maximum 10 minutes.
