is crimes committed by young offenders. The dramatic rise in the dilemma
has sparked urgent public concern over the potential impact of the trend. The objectives of this essay are to analyze the forces behind this issue and to find conclusive resolutions so as to uphold an ordered society. It is always important to notice that our community is surrounded by huge amount of reasons that help to ingrain the young offenders. The first reason is rooted to the fact that the prevalence of the mass media printed mass and TV in particular- with detailed description to the violent senses. Given that, immersed are the viewers in the storyline as few of them are encouraged to link the crimes as a brutal, unsympathetic and devastating action. This form of representation will fail to convince the viewers as no criminal will stay at large and most of them will be brought to justice. (VERY LONG) What adds fuel to this argument is the malevolent impact of the domestic violence not only at home but also on the streets and at schools. This type of rearing children with corporal punishment will have devastating effects on the personality, inasmuch as they lose self-confidence and take the easiest way of solving the problemsas he / she knows- by violence. It is worth mentioning that a challenging social phenomenon has appeared on our community in the recent decades; it is the homeless juveniles. Those who breed with un-proper environment without education nor vocation. Academic society studies emphasize that those youngsters are deemed as a time bomb in the society and need an urgent solution. Despite the growing concern by the government in order to tackle that issue, little progress can be achieved and their numbers are in simultaneous increase. (I omitted a paragraph here) From the above analysis one can notice that the causes of the increased proportion of young offenders are inextricably intertwined and so are their solutions. The government with all society members should hold their efforts to tackle this trend through awareness media programs and high quality education.
