Description: The study on job burnout level was done in order to find out how the employees face job
burnout at their workplace. Job burnout or occupational burnout is characterized by exhaustion, lack of
enthusiasm and motivation, feeling 'drained', and also may have the dimension of frustration and/or
negative emotions and cynical behaviour, and as a result reduces professional efficacy within
the workplace. The study aims at finding the job burnout level at Mukesh Technologies Pvt Ltd in
comparison to job performance, experience and self esteem of the employees.

Description: The study on providing motivation by changing the nature of work environment was done
in order to find out how the employees can be motivated by bringing about changes in the nature of work
environment. Motivation is a psychological feature that arouses an organism to act towards a
desired goal and elicits, controls, and sustains certain goal-directed behaviours. Work environment is the
location where a task is completed. A positive work environment makes employees feel good about
coming to work, and this provides the motivation to sustain them throughout the day. The study aims at
finding whether the change in work environment provides motivation to the employees with relationship
