ABSTRACT:
It possible to have good human relations without comminucation.on
the other hand effective communication is required not only for human relations but
for a good and successful business.In practice there is no organisations without communication.There are organisations with bad communications and these cannot be
considered successful organisations.This is the reason why communication has bec
ome more important in companies.

In business World Communication Is necessary for conducting business in an efficient manner.Any business involves two types of communication:ext
ernal communication has is directed to the actors the business environment,and inte
rnal communication or organizational communication that is directed to employees.
In not possible to image organizational communication without conficts.
OBJECTIVES:
1.To know about the managing organization communication.
2.To study about the managing organization communication.
3.To analyse the impact of the managing organization communication.
NEED OF STUDY:
It not possible to have good human relations without communication is required,not only for maintaining human relations, but also for achieving good business performance.In addition, practical experience shows that
there is no communication without conflicts.Sometimes,confits can be useful,as
they help to make correct decision, although they might represent a huge obstacle to an organization and its business.
SCOPE OF STUDY:
Scope of communication means the normal functioning
area of this subject.Since communication is essential in every sphere of human life, its scope is wide and pervasive.From cradle to grave, human beings are somehow engaged in communication.No one can pass even a day without communication.
METHODLOGY:
1.The primary data is not gathered.
2.The secondary data is gathered from the textbooks,materials,websites.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE:
Communications Management Is the systematic planning,
implementing, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within organization,and between organizations,it also includes the organization and dissemination of new
communication directives connected with an organization,network, communications technology.
MANAGING ORGANIZATION COMMUNICATION:
Formal Communication:
Formal communication as the very name implies is the deliberately created officially prescribed path for flow communication between the various positions of in the organization.It is deliberate attempt to regulate the flow of organizational communication so as to make it orderly and there by to ensure that information flows smoothly.
a)Single chain:
Single chain communication network exists between a superior and his subordinate since these may be a number of levels in an organization,each individual within those levels is both Superior as well as subordinate except the person at the top or bottom.
b)Wheel:
In wheel network all subordinate under one superior communicate through him only as he is the hub of the wheel.They are not allowed to communication among themselves .
c)Circular:
In circle network, the communication moves in a circle each person can
communicate.
d)Free Flow:
In this network, each person can communicatewith others freely.This is
followed in free-form organization.
Advantages:
1)Maintenance of authority of the officers:
CONCLUSION:
Finaly I conclude d that , communication is vital for any organization
irrespective of its size. It contributes to achieving the company overall objectives as well
as creates a positives and friendly environment.
