1.0 Introduction
In this assignment, each group of students (maximum of 4 students per group) is required
to write a proposal of an online organizer. The online organizer should provide a
convenient way to take notes, manage contacts, keep a calendar, make to do lists, and
more depend to your own creativity. This organizer is developed to help student FTMK
to manage their time.
2.0 Objectives
To propose an online organizer website with functions needed for student FTMK.
3.0 Documentation Standards
Write your portal proposal according the Project Profiler as follows:
a) Background
b) Problem Statement
c) Goal
d) Objectives
List tasks that must be done toward designing and developing a new online
organizer application.
e) Expected results
f) Requirement analysis
How will the project be carried out, in terms of a work plan, schedule of activities,
and parties responsible for implementation management?
Gantt chart is recommended!

You need to design and develop interface for your online magazines using Adobe
Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash. Web development language is XHTML and CSS.

Create animated pages for the first page of your website using Adobe Flash.
Create another pages using Adobe Dreamweaver and link all the pages together. You must
have a total of at least FIVE (5) static pages and ONE (1) pages of form.
b) This assignment is worth 10% of your assignment grade; your assignment grade,
you will recall, is worth 10% of the total for the course. I will grade the
assignment on a scale of 0 100 points, as follows:
10 points for the background of the project
10 points for the problem statement
10 points for the goal and objectives
5 points for the expected results
20 points for the requirement analysis
10 points for project implementation and management

Plagiarism
Plagiarism is the presentation of work which has been copied in whole or in part from another
person's work, or from any other source such as the Internet, published books or periodicals
without due acknowledgement given in the text.
Collusion
Collusion is the presentation of work which is the result in whole or in part of unauthorized
collaboration with another person or persons.
Where there are reasonable grounds for believing that cheating has occurred, the only action that
may be taken when plagiarism or collusion is detected is for the staff member not to mark the item
of work and to report or refer the matter to the Course Coordinator. This may result in work being
disallowed and given a fail grade or if the circumstances warrant, the matter may be referred to a
Committee of Inquiry for investigation.
