be filled first from any category and then will be adjusted horizontally against
respective categories.

Appointment under these order can be
made of a sports person considered meritorious with reference to the following criteria :(a)
Persons who have represented
International Competition.

a State or the Country in a National or

Persons who have represented the State School Teams in the National
Sports/Games for school, conducted by all India School Games Federation.
(c)
Persons who have been awarded National Awards
under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in the games.

All tests for the post of Tradesman Mate, Fireman and LDe will be held on
screening basis i.e. the candidates have to pass in the first test in order to be eligible for the
second test and so on.

Departmental candidates can apply through proper channel.

Date and Time of test and Interview will be intimated by post separately.

The selected candidates are required to produce certificate of medical fitness from
prescribed medical authorities before appointment.

Candidates selected will be on probation for a period of two years'.

the attached documents and failure to meet the requirements given above will make
the applicant liable for rejection.

per format appended below along with the Photostat copies of testimonial and a self
addressed envelope duly affixed with Rs 25/- stamp within 2,1 days of publication of the

If call letter has not been received by an applicant then it is likely that his application
has been rejected for reasons such as Application not received/late received/rejected or
lost in post and no correspondence in this connection will be entertained.

Any dispute with regards to the recruitment will be subject to jurisdiction of Bareilly
(UP) court only.
25.
Central Govt civilian employees must furnish "No Objection Certificate "from their
employer /Office at the time of the skill test else their candidature will be cancelled. Only the
eligible candidates will be called for the written examination.
26.
Incomplete/ ineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejection without
intimation to the candidate. Only the eligible candidates will be called for the written
examination.

27.

To reduce the number of candidates for one category of post, screening of

application will be carried out based on the percentage of marks obtained in the
examinations mandated as essential OR. No screening of application is required in case of
physical test wherever required. The candidate who fail to qualify in the physical test
(Whatever applicable) shall not be permitted to undergo written test. Skill test whenever
applicable will be conducted after written test and will be qualifying in nature- which will also
be counted for final merit. Short listing of candidates for interview shall be carried out based
on the performance in written exam and physical test/skill test (wherever applicable).

28.
It is made clear that merely fulfilling the basic essential qualification requirements
does not automatically entitle a person to be called for test/interview. The selection will be
made strictly on the merit basis. The decision of appointing authority 'regarding selection
/rejection will be final. It is also made clear that the nunibers of posts/vacancies are
tentative and recruitment can be cancelled suspended / terminated by the Command at any
stage, due to administrative reasons.
