Civil Service Passer (professional level)
*took the examination October 26, 2014 while I am still a fourth year student
and successfully passed the examination; eligible to be a regular employee in the
government office.
Academic Excellence Award
*recognized by the school for my outstanding performance thus upholding
the academic integrity of Cebu Normal University during the Academic Year 20132014
Research Experience
*hired for my OJT in the office of Board Member of the Province of Cebu
Miguel Antonio Magpale as a research assistant and assigned in the online data
mining and promoted the recognition for the our local animals that symbolize
certain municipality. I also experience on the field work when we had a collaborated
project with Tzu Chi Medical Foundation at the 5 th District of Cebu specifically
Borbon.
*actively participated in the research survey conducted by the Association
of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines (ASPAP) about
Campaign Finance Monitoring. I was tasked to gather data specifically counting
different kind campaign paraphernalia by our national candidates and deliberately
enumerated the number of each posters and tarpaulin posted for every candidate.
*produced a research entitled Determinants to Political Involvement
among Local Leaders in Cebu. We interviewed barangay officials specifically
barangay captains on what motivated them to run in public office. We found out two
leading factors with the same mean; peer/organizational pressure and professional
experience that leads them to serve in their local barangays.
*produced a research entitled Does Woman Involvement in Politics
Decrease Corruption? ASEAN Context, where we as researchers would predict
within 15 years whether woman involvement would decrease corruption in the

ASEAN member states. We forecast in our research that we have 29.23% that the
South East Asian countries would have a decrease of corruption while the Woman
Involvement increase in the process.
Active Membership of Political Science Students of the Philippines (PSSAP)
*participated in the 4th Annual National Convention of the Political Science
Students Association of the Philippines (PSSAP) with the theme: green Politics:
Demystifying the Ideology for Environmental Sustainability held on February 16-18,
2012 at West Visayas State University, La Paz, Iloilo City.
* participated in the 6th Annual National Convention of the Political Science
Students Association of the Philippines (PSSAP) with the theme: Understanding
Contemporary Philippine Political Issues and Concerns by Revisiting the past,
Reflecting on the Present, and Predicting the Future held on February 6-8, 2013 at
Liceo De Cagayan University, Cagayan de Oro City.
* organized the 7thAwnnual National Convention of the Political Science
Students Association of the Philippines (PSSAP) with the theme: ASEAN 2015: A
Consolidated Region in Diversity held on February 11-15, 2014 at Cebu Normal
University, Cebu City. I was the Masters of Ceremony at the 3rd day event called
PolSci Olympics and leads the event into success. I am also part of the logistics,
one of my task is to be the driver for the delegates and a tourist guide at the same
time.

*I am part of the leader circle that plan, organize and lead the entire political
science student in CNU into more productive and fulfilling projects like seminars,
linking to other schools open forum, most importantly, lobbies the interest of the
political science students into the broader scale like Supreme student government,
the entity that represent the students in the executive board of the school.
Active Leader of the Council of Liberal Arts and Sciences Students (CLASS)
*run in the student election and elected as the 2 nd year representative in the
Council of Liberal Arts and Sciences Students. I represented all the issues, plans,
concerns and problems of all 2 nd year students that belong to the college of Arts and
Sciences. I protected their rights and interests in the council especially in terms of

the project and financial distribution from the council. I also served my fellow
student thru organizing different kind of seminars, events and job hiring.

*participated in the annual convention of all Political Science Student in Cebu

*elected as PIO in year 2013 and serves my fellow youth thru updating and
disseminating the information for our spiritual growth programs and leadership form
of programs.
*elected as vice president in year 2014 and lead the youth for excellence and
intimacy in spiritual relationship. We promote different kind of programs that
equipped the youth for preserving purity, creating leaders through discipleship,
integrity that matches your words and your actions and more intimate relationship
to our God.

*participated in the annual camp of Free Church Youth Movement with a
theme of INSTA(I Never Stop Telling Adonai) CAMP that boost my spiritual growth
that encourage me to give my life in the ministry.
*participated in the annual camp of Free Church Youth Movement with a
theme of City on a Hill a leadership kind of camp that equipped me on how to
shine my light and live with excellence and escape mediocrity.
*participated in the annual camp of Free Church Youth Movement with a
theme of Traffic Jam a motivational camp that empowered me to move forward
and avoid different kind of roadblock that hinders my growth as a person.
