Designed and assisted in new development requirements in Uniface language for a vehicle loan lending and
servicing product catering to automotive finance companies in UK.
Assisted with efficient and timely development of new customer requests or manipulations in the existing
functionalities of the product. Discovered several inefficiencies in the legacy code and persuasively presented
proposal to restore them. Part of my responsibilities included support and maintenance activities for the customers.
New developments and change requests required a good understanding of the finance domain and related business
processes.

Android based College Management System

Primary objective was to create a college management system based upon the idea of integrating the functions of
various departments through a centralized database and server. Project had various features including automatic
attendance system through wall mounted android devices, online marks and attendance reports for students, user
end mobile application for ease of data access, unique identification cards for all users based upon QR codes, online
mechanism for tests and result generation, automatic profile notifications.

My role included website UI, implementing consistent look and feel through HTML/ CSS and interactivity through
JQuery / JavaScript. I also worked upon programming of web services (Servlets) on server, which were responsible
for listening and acting on requests from website / android apps. I also developed the android application for wall
mounted automatic attendance devices and user end application.

Syntax Highlighting Editor for ease of programming and calculations [June, 2012
July, 2012]
(Eclipse Indigo IDE, Swings & AWT, Core Java)
The main objective was to design a text editor desktop application for programmers that enables syntax highlighting
for C & Java. It included various shortcuts for ease of coding and calculations. I designed and developed the
programming assist panel and calculator panel for the editor and worked upon drag and drop search module.

Other projects: Timesheet & productivity calculator (Uniface), Facebook API (Android), Dual-way messaging
desktop application (Core Java/RMI), Claim processing system (C++ Language), Line following robot
