General Guidelines for preparation of the project report


1) General: The guideline is intended to provide the broad guidelines to the BBM (BS)
students in the preparation of the project report. In general, the project report shall

report, in an organized and scholarly fashion, an account of original work of the


candidate including methodology, data analysis, interpretation and summary of findings.
2) Number of copies to be submitted for evaluation: Students should submit 3
copies to the institute concerned on or before as per following important dates:

Presentation of Project Report

(Important: Failure to submit according to the dates, not eligible to submit their projects
and/or shall be liable to pay a late fee Rs. 1000)
3) Size of the project report: The size of the project report should not exceed 75
pages (minimum 55 pages) of typed matter reckoned from the first page of Chapter 1 to
the last page of the last chapter.
4) Regularity: Students should be regularly informed all the details and analysis to the
respective guide. Project report are not accepted and signed, if students are irregular.
5) Subject / project title not changed: Students should note down that, once you
final and confirm your subject (Marketing / Finance / HRM) and project title, no changes
will accepted.
6) Presentations and Internal Viva Voce: Students should prepare power point
presentation of their project and give the presentation in front of expert panels.
7) Marks: Student should note that, project report carries 100 marks (Including
external & internal).
8) One project in one organization: No same project title and subject in the same
organization is allowed. Students dont copy projects. Copied projects are not eligible for
submission.
