Driving to school is a privilege for Graduating Seniors which, if abused, will be withdrawn. Parking is limited and will be on a first
come, first serve basis. Once parking decals have been distributed for all available student parking spots, no more will be distributed.

To register a car students must complete this parking application, have it approved by their Assistant Principal, sign it, and have a
parent or guardian also sign the form. The completed application, along with a clear and legible copy of your Senior I.D. card (or
senior class schedule until I.D. cards are distributed), valid Class D drivers license, vehicle registration and insurance card
must be submitted to the security office at William Paca Middle School. Once all these items have been presented, security will
affix a parking decal to the windshield of the registered vehicle. Parking decals will not be replaced except for extenuating
circumstances. A fee will be charged to replace any parking decal.

In order to promote regular school attendance, only those who regularly attend school shall be eligible to part a vehicle on
school grounds during the regular school day. Any student who is absent from school 18 days or more shall be ineligible to
park on school grounds.

In order to park on school grounds each day seniors must show their Senior I.D. card (or senior class schedule until I.D. cards are
distributed) and have a parking decal displayed on the windshield of the registered vehicle. Prior to 7:30 a.m. students must enter
school grounds through the Paca gate, park in the designated student parking area in the south parking lot, and obey all rules and
regulations established by the school. After 7:30 a.m. students must enter school grounds through the south gate. Students are only
permitted to park in the designated area in the south parking lot. Students are NOT permitted to park at Paca Middle School. Not
parking in the student parking lot, not obeying the direction of security or posted signs, speeding, reckless driving, illegal parking, or any
other infraction may result in disciplinary action and revocation of your parking privileges. Cars parked in the school lot can be subject
to search. Should your car need to be towed, it will be at your expense.

No student may leave school grounds in their car during the school day unless they are leaving on early release and show security the
appropriate pass. Students are not permitted to be in their cars or in the parking lot during the school day.

The school district accepts no liability for personal injury or personal property damages for any person who owns or operates a motor
vehicle, or is a passenger in a motor vehicle being driven to/from school premises or on school property. This includes any and all
riders who may at any time accompany the driver to or from school premises. Each person, driver or passenger, drives, rides or parks
at his/her own risk. Report any accidents, incidents of theft or vandalism to your assistant principals office.

If a vehicle is replaced, students must provide copies of new registration and insurance cards.

Students with parking permits are required to have their permit re-evaluated each semester by their Assistant Principal.
