It is the centres responsibility to complete the below checklist prior to each Connect Plus session.

Description
All TSA and candidate workstations must meet the minimum required technical
specification.

Monitor Resolution

Screen Resolutions are set to 4:3 ratios (for example 1024x768 or 1280x1024).
Widescreen resolutions will present test rendering issues.

Soundcards are functional, not muted.

Create Test Sittings

Create test sittings according to your test venue and test sessions Setup.

Set up Connect Plus

Users

Set up additional accounts in Connect Plus according to your centres venue/room

requirements. Each account must use a valid email address.

Installation

Install Connect Plus TSA and CW software on the required number of workstations
adhering to the recommended TSA: CW ratio detailed below.

Number of TSAs

Ratio of 1 TSA for every 100 candidate workstations. Maximum of 5 TSAs per Test
Centre.

Spare workstations

Setup 1 spare workstation for every 20 candidates taking the test. Spare computers
must be ready to take the test if required.

Keys

Check via the Test Centre website that All test content has been downloaded on to the
candidate workstations and all Test Keys have been downloaded to the TSA machines.
