This software provides help in maintaining Managerial and Sales activities between different level
users present in organization. It also used to keep track of daily activities performed in different
departments (or modules) of organization. CRM also provides Administrative level functionality
that can be used by top level management.
The CRM product also provides Synchronization functionality. Due to which, end users have
no need to carry whole CRM system with them. They can carry system in separate Unit with data
that are applicable to them only and later they can Synchronization their own unit with server, so
data of both Server and end users’ are remain updated. For this, CRM provides scoping rules,
that decides which data are required for which level of users in organization.
Along with CRM, Analysis reports that offer insight into valuable customer data as well as
enable users to measure results and take decisions that are in favor of organization. This analysis
reports are also categorized for different level users as per their work role.
Sometimes this Analytics are being integrated into existing CRM systems to give advantage of

Ecommerce Online Shopping Web portal

This web portal allows end user to purchase available entities from stores. There are three major
modules available: 1) Owner Admin 2) Shop Keeper Module 2) End User Module
Shop keeper Admin module allows shopkeeper to upload their items for sale. They can manage
their own shop and items.
Owner Admin modules is module which can be accessible for only admin user. This user can
register shop keeper and users related information.
End user module is nothing but end user can access limited part of system just to purchase items
available from web site.
End user has to be registered first to purchase any items. Once user is registered then login
credentials will be sent on user email address. End user will login into site and able to see
different items under different categories. All purchased items will be added into cart and once
user checked out then payment details will be asked.
Bidding is very important feature of web portal. User can purchase items at his best price by
bidding. Most of features are similar to another ecommerce website.

deadline. It fires various messages and provides rich help to track any type of
