Error Message: Integration Gateway: No response received from Gateway

Required Health Checks:


1. Gateway Setup checks.
Navigate to PeopleTools Integration Broker Integration Network
WorkCenter Gateways.

Click on the Ping Gateway button. Ensure that Gateway is active.


2. Node setup check.
Navigate to PeopleTools Integration Broker Integration Network
WorkCenter Node Network.
Check the properties of the default local node configuration made in the
gateway setup.

Check the app server URL added in the Gateway setup and the User ID,
Password matches with the Node UserID & Password respectively.
3. Domain Status checks.
Navigate to PeopleTools Integration Broker Integration Network
WorkCenter Domain.
Ensure that the default domain is Active.

4. Ensure that there are no firewall blockages and the ports mentioned across
the domain configuration and gateway setup configurations were in sync.
5. Ensure the ports configured for the respective application server domains are
open.
6. Ensure that the application sever URLs mentioned in the Gateway setup are
in correct format.

7. Ensure that the pub/sub services are up and running.
