Executive Summary:
Critical success factors of the McDonald can become very successive if the
directors implement it properly. It is really helpful to the company. It
increases the performance level of the McDonalds even they give better
service to the country as well as overall world. If they adopt the critical
success factors or they know their critical success factors it will help to the
McDonalds in their future. It gives benefits to directors & the executives also.
Company must know their critical success factors. So with this report they
can implement the critical factors in their company McDonalds so it if very
much beneficial in the top level that they must know about it.

want to earn more profit or gain then they have to focus on their critical
factors. The mission, vision & the value of the firm is very important. It affect

McDonalds need to find the strategy which helps to implement the strategy
and thorough that they can achieve the goal of the McDonalds, therefore
manager need to sequence or decide the priority which helps to improve and
even helpful in the achievement of the goals. They need to decide the
sequence of the activities which is needed to do, and even it may be useful
in the future. They have to do so the activities must be complete on time and
even the activity cannot be remaining, and they can do the better task to
achieve that goal. Activities list and implementation must be temporal so
they can do the different things from the competitors. And it is very much
important that the McDonalds strategy must be the different with their
competitors so they can take the advantage of the critical factor.
company needs to crate the critical factor in the McDonald so they can take
the advantage from the competitors. Even it is more important for the
competitions aspects when there are the many sellers into the market. So
when the competition is among the company of the same industry at that
time the company needs to find the critical factor in which through they can
take the advantage of the differentiation in the market. That critical factor
must be observed and evaluated by the manager so they can analyze it and
take the action to achieve it.
Conclusion
As a conclusion we can say that critical success factors are measurable and
associated with the target goals. So the company has the many opportunity
to develop it with the proper time and even the efforts. So the McDonalds
can take the advantage of that activity with the proper and the accurate
critical success factors which helps them to improve the level in to the food
industry. And in growing economy like the food they can take that
competitive advantage to develop and enhance the business aspects. Even
with that factor the company can take the advantage of those technological
changes which helps them to sustain into the market with the some
uniqueness. So the success factors are very much important.
