We are pleased that you will be joining us at Mosquito Old Town Apartments. The
purpose of this email is to confirm your upcoming reservation.
Here are details of your reservation:

Number of nights: 3
You are allowed to accommodate as many people as it is stated in your reservation.
The apartment check in starts at 2pm and ends at 9pm (after 9pm key collection has
place at different location).
If we manage to prepare your apartment before 2 PM there is a possibility of checking
in early at no costs.
Mosquito Old Town Apartments do not have a reception desk on location.
The exact time of check-in should be arranged and confirmed no later than 24 hours
ahead of the customer's planned arrival, by email or phone.
If you are arriving later then 9 pm you can check in at our Mosquito Hostel which is
located on Rynek Kleparski 4/6 where you will receive your keys and precise directions
to Mosquito Apartments.
On the following day one of our staff member will meet you at the apartment to check
you in and to give you all needed information about the city and apartments.
If you are not sure how to get to Mosquito Apartments from the Airport, do not
worry! Just drop us an email and we will arrange an Airport Pick Up for you.
It costs 90 PLN for 1-4 people & 130 PLN for 5-8 people. We just need to know:
- arrival time,
- flight number,
- place of departure,
- number of people travelling

- phone

number you can be reached on after arrival in Poland.

We will take care of the rest and bring you to our apartments with the best customer service.
If you would like to book transfer both ways, you'll receive 10PLN discount for the second one.

If you would like to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau (the largest concentration camp of the
World War II) or Salt Mine (one of the world's oldest salt mines) we offer well
organized trips which you can book by email or during the check in. The best thing
about our tours is that pick up is from our front door !
We work only with the best Tour Companies in town which have full insurance. Prices
we offer are lower than in their Tourist Information Office !
If you are still not convinced about our tours let me give you some details about it, to
dispel your doubts :)

Auschwitz Birkenau
- starts at 7:30am & 12:05pm
- professional English speaking guide - tour leader
- visiting the permanent exhibition and buildings on the ground of the Main Kamp visiting the most important original objects at Birkenau
- entire tour lasts about 6 hours
if you have a student card (and you are 25 or under) it's for 110 PLN, if not - 130 PLN. It includes transport,
tickets and a guide.

Wieliczka - Salt Mine

- starts at 9:00am & 3.00pm
- professional English speaking guide - tour leader - visiting the XVI century historic
chambers connected by 2 km of passages
- entire tour lasts about 4 hours
if you have a student card (and you are 25 or under) it's for 110 PLN if not - 125 PLN (Includes transport,
tickets and a guide)

There is also a possibility of taking a German, French, Italian or Spanish guide.

ou can book it

while having
check in (in winter season for Auschwitz Birkenau it needs to be done at least 12 hours before the tour
departure, for Wieliczka Salt Mine - 2 hours in advance). In winter season due to limited guides in Auschwitz
& Salt Mine we highly recommend to book tours as soon as you arrive.

Security deposit:
We reserve the right to preauthorize the guests credit card in case of any damages
caused in the apartment during stay. The required amount of 600 PLN / 150 EURO is
blocked on cardholders account.

This fee is charged only in case of damages which are the result of stay. If a guest
does not have a valid credit card, a security deposit in cash may be required. The
deposit can be taken during the check in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
Breakfast is not included. During the check in we will recommend you some places
where you can have a decent breakfast for a good price.
Check out time is at 10 AM.
Cancellation policy: Our apartments have 48-hours cancellation policy. Guests who do
not cancel 48 hours in advance will be charged for the first night of their stay.
Remember cancellations are accepted only by email at least 48 hours in advance (till
00.01AM two days before your arrival).
We will send you an additional email the night before your arrival date, including basic
information you may need to know.
If you wish to modify your reservation just send us an email and we will adjust it
manually - there is no need to cancel your booking through the booking agent you have
used.
