Deeper level of thinking in organizations.

Human behavior in organizations is of vital importance, as it will determine


which work environment in which employees and employers within an
economic entity will be developed; well this will be the trigger as to the results
to be obtained from the workers and will know how this company will be
profitable if the proposed goals are met or if the quality standards in products
and /or services depending of the company they are good. So we can also
mention that the "organizational behavior is the branch of government that
seeks to understand how they affect individuals, groups and the environment in
the behavior of people within organizations, always seeking thereby
effectiveness activities Company . This topic will discuss a special form of
managers because they are the ones who get things through other people.
They make decisions; they distribute resources and direct the activities of
others to achieve goals. Managers do their work in an organization and we
should mention that this is a consciously coordinated social unit, composed of
two or more persons operating at a relatively continuous basis to achieve a
common goal or set of goals. Leadership is an activity that seeks not only
control processes and productivity in a company, but direct actions and
opportunities to human development, however, only through this thought of
integral formation, in which not only capabilities and strategic policies exist but
also ethical and moral, we can run our business based on a mission and a
contribution to society.

About the different reasons and types of learning, for me, there is a great
relationship between them and the concepts of dependence, independence and
interdependence; as much as the other have emerged in response to a need of
change, a deeper level of thinking, superior, based on the principles and
strategies that eventually come to describe the effectiveness of the actions of
members of an organization and their interactions. So we must also take into
account that motivation is what drives a person to act; this necessarily
depends on knowledge, since it determines the needs and the results that are
appealing to the person, and according to these, we can determine the
organizational model. Seeking motivated people achieve their goals and are
unlikely to encounter negative results that alter the state of the person, it is
said that motivated people are in constant tension and release this feeling
through effort. Individual needs must also be compatible with those of the
company to achieve to get together and get the greatest mutual advantage.
The force element is a measure of the intensity as when someone is motivated
is engaged in a very special way to achieve their goal, but with high levels of
motivation is unlikely to obtain favorable results of job performance unless the
effort is channeled in the direction that benefits the organization.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A COMPANY IS NOT BORN A GOOD DEAL BETWEEN
subordinates and managers?

When this is the kind of situation within a company is usually the following:

Poor organization.

Poor communication between manager and subordinates.

Poor productivity by employees.

. Lack of motivation for employees.

You can return an uncoordinated social unit.
