Overall responsible for Admin activities like Housekeeping & Cafeteria Management, Vendor
Management, Safety & Security Management, Infrastructure setup and Landscaping Maintenance.

Ensuring on timely closure for all facility related issues.


Contract companies Management
Managing team strength of 170 head counts.
Monitor daily Snag Report generated by the team and supporting the closure of the
observations after prioritizing.
Taking care of civil, Pest control, plumbing & overall maintenance of facility for smooth
functioning.
Co-ordinate with vendors for routine work requirement and AMC.
Ensure compliance with legal & statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
Responsible for food court operations in all vertical and horizontal perspective.
