Piping Installation Tools

Orbital welding, cutting & facing

Cryogas has a team of experience welding engineer to

train, qualify and certify welding operator for orbital
welding in sanitary and UCT piping. We provide welding
procedure development and qualification for stainless
steel and high alloy nickel materials, such as Hastelloy
C22, Monel, AL6XN, and Titanium.
We also assist customer in weld seam quality validation
and weld log procedure development.

Valve & Instrumentation

Cryogas has a team of well trained & experience process control engineer to do flow
calculation and sizing for control valve and pressure regulator to meet your needs. Every
valves selection come complete with sizing and calculation report or documentation.
Accurate calculation and sizing will ensure shorter validation and commissioning period,
besides guarantee trouble-free operation and system performance
