Leadership IntelligencesTM
Intelligent leaders lead everyday. A pilot on a delayed flight steps into the cabin, assuages
irate passengers, and ensures customer loyalty. A barista steps out from behind the
counter, resolves an argument over spilled coffee, and establishes her coffee-chain as
providing delightful service. An operations manager re-routes workflow, removes a
