The undersigned does hereby release, discharge and shall hold SHORT CANYON PARK harmless, including its trustee, and
anyone else associated with it from any and all liability for any loss damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer
or that my next of kin my suffer, as a result of my participation in hiking, caving, camping.
This ReleaseAgreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and
representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity.
This release agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Release Agreement shall be governed
by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any litigation involving the parties to this
Release Agreement shall be brought solely within the State of Oklahoma.

ASSIJI\ITPTION OF R.ISKS
Injuries can be an common and expected part of hiking, caving, and backpacking in this rough, slippery, and crumbling
gypsum terrain. Other dangers may be domestic and wild animals including pack of coyote, bob cats, and even mountain lions. I
aiknowleOge these dangers and risks and accept the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.

I hereby represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the aforesaid SHORT CANYON PARK Visitor (who is under
age of78 years) and am authorized to execute this release. I do further agree and represent that: Caving, hiking, camping, and
kpacking on this rugged terrain is dangerous and that my visitor's is physically and mentally able to safely use this Park' I have
this document; and I voluntarily signed this Waiver and Release.
In consideration of said Person being allowed to use the SHORT CANYON PARK: I release Trustee of all liabilities due
any cause. This includes but not limited to the failure of the trustee to safeguard or protect me or under aged visitor from risks,
and hazards that are on this park property.
