a. Student Profile
1. Set the acceptance standard higher such as TOEFL and AAT to
minimum 475 and 500. To those who have not reach the minimum
score, MM-FE Unila will organize a non-credit English course along
with matriculation.
2. The MM-FE Unila should required psychology test to ensure the
students have ability and capability to finish the program.

b. Student Admission
1. The MM-FE Unila must design a more attractive and detail
information brochures and distribute actively to partner overseas
universities in order to attract more potential candidates both local
and foreign students.
2. The MM-FE Unila should widen the promotion media to attract more
students from different areas and backgrounds.

c. Student Support
1. The MM-FE Unila should provide scholarship to candidate or student
who have financially disadvantages. The source of fund could
derived by allocate certain amount of budget from DIPA and nonbinding cooperation between the program and third party such as
Foundation, State or Private institution.
2. The program must provide appropriate special office room to
support academic consultation, carrier consultation and information
about studying abroad.
3. The program has to endow the students with ample international
case studies instead of local ones. The sources could be obtained
from international publishers or journals.

Chapter Four: Supporting Staff and


Infrastructure
a. Educational Responsibilities of Staf
1. The MM-FE Unila must be able to improve the quality of staff by
providing sufficient improvement program such as English Skill and
computer skills. As the result the faculty members would not
confused with other non-teaching, research and community
development activities.
2. The MM-FE Unila must improve the coordination between faculty
members and supporting staffs. The program could invite third party
to conduct team building event, so it could improve the sense of
urgency, cooperation and coordination among the parties.

b. Infrastructure Support
1. The MM-FE Unila must provide more sophisticated library in terms of
size, coziness and collections packed with the latest local and
international journals, business and economy newspapers and
magazines, international textbook etc. This hardware is useful to
inspire or attract students and other faculty members to do research
and ease them in accessing relevant information.
2. The MM-FE Unila must afford the full-time faculty members with an
individual office. The office could stimulate them to be more
productive and efficient since the situation could embrace the sense
of working at home.

supporting staffs.
4. At present, the faculty members still involve in the administrative
matters rather than concentrating on the teaching and research. One
of the issues to be improved is that after each session of the class
ends, at present the forms of sessions report consists only of; the
number of attendances, topic of courses, and delivery method. It has
not consisted with the effectiveness of learning outcome in the
session assessed by the faculty.

5. Another issue is that the standardized exam materials with peerreviewed. Although it is the mechanism and routine of program, it
needs to be undertaken consistently.

d. Infrastructure Support
1. The MM-FE Unila must provide more sophisticated library in terms of

3. The adequacy and capacity of the currents buildings are not sufficient
in order to support the teaching delivery, syndicate discussions, and
students admission demand.
4. In order to increase the capacity in term of number of student intake,
class room, auditorium, and library. It is required to develop another
building, which consists of two auditoriums with each capacity of 90
students, 6 classrooms with each capacity of 30 students.
