Just like all things of importance this report will be direct and to the point. Should you feel like
you want to help change the future, then you will see how we will accomplish this. If not you can sit and
watch, either way we have a solution to the future of our Energy Crisis.

We should all feel responsible in solving what we have all created. The urgent need for change
has not allowed us to encapsulate a solid form of renewable energy that will eliminate the use of
Fossil Fuels because we have neglected to research this Global Energy Problem without the prejudice of
Profit. We have seen many countries turn to smaller managements or consulting firms in order to
determine and achieve their Self Sustainable goals. This is where we can be more effective since we
have the ability to concentrate more on the renewable energy source that pertains to our part of the
world. This form of management is also important since it allows us to talk to fewer people who can
make decisions faster.
Today you will see that we have put many hours of research into helping or even advancing this
renewable technology to the point where we have Eliminated not only Fossil Fuel consumption but we
have developed a Power Source that is only sustainable to itself. So we DO NOT need the Sun for Solar
Power, Wind for Wind Generators, Water for Hydro Generators, and Earth for Geo-Thermal power. This
system is so advanced that we can produce 1 mega watt of power in a 72 square foot area (6 x 12) or
an amazing 100 mega watts in 40,000 square feet (60,000 total with control, and offices).
As with anything that can produce debate this is an introduction into our future. The following is
a presentation into how we will offer you a direct form of Self Sustainability so advanced that our
world will change because of it.

i-Grid Integration
This form of energy is fully dispatchable since the power source is constant. 100% customizable to
existing Power units. It can be used full power or reduced for the required demand. No need to worry
about intermittent energy. This form of power does NOT use Natural Elements or Fossil Fuel.

ii-Land Constraints
We designed a facility that can provide a minimum 100MW of power in a 40,000 sq warehouse.
(1 acre=43,560 sq) therefore it can be implemented in an urban setting (NYC, HOUSTON, SAN
FRANCISCO, etc) or in Nebraska and Iowa.

The Facility was designed not to exceed 2 stories OR use wind mills of any kind.

The potential of this Micro Power Plant is endless. The monthly overhead is reduced to Employee and
maintenance costs only. The power is generated with ZERO Fossil Fuel. No SUN, no WIND, no Water,
and no Earth elements.

viii-High Project Development Costs

We will consider all projects to be unique in Developments. Giving us the opportunity to scale Projects
on a case by case basis. This will allow us to provide an affordable product without the need for
POOLING. Islands can now be as independent as Mainlands without having to carry the extra monetary
burden.

ix-Costs: Up Front vs. Long Term

Up-front costs are inevitable, but together we can develop a purchasing and payment plan that will work
for the communities and tax payers who in the end will benefit from a 100% Self Sustainable power
source. Long term costs will be determined by the equipment purchased and the type of maintenance
and preventative measures used to protect this system. Long Term costs are also where smaller islands
that are dependent on Fossil Fuel will save the most money.

x-Cultural
Cultural issues should and will be at a minimal. A well educated community that will benefit from such a
product can look forward to the cleanest power produced in the world.

xii-Closing
Considering that we are so used to the norms of life, people, corporations and governments
alike rely on what has been implemented and sometimes do not consider new technologies because
they are afraid to change. This is good because society has allowed us the opportunities to choose.
BUT
When a country stands to save billions of dollars in energy costs and help in the reduction of
Fossil Fuel dependency...we should all take a good look at everything that is NEW. This Micro Power
Plant is the future and we believe in this project as much as anyone believes in anything they want to
pursue in their lives.
