STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Indonesia as a developing country abundance with sparsely natural and sea

resources from west to east Indonesia has great potentials to develop its country
throughout international trade, those potentials are cacao, crude palm oils, woods,
robber, fish, etc that can be excellent sector both to meet domestically import products
and to create job opportunities. Although one of largest producer of various natural and
sea resources with low price of labors as others developing country has, Indonesia still
lacks of human resources, who can increase amount of export products and economic
relation of various countries in the world moreover, the interdependence of east
Indonesia with west Indonesia as a main source of those materials made condition be
worsen to emerge economic activities in some point of east Indonesia due to the lack
of human resources on that field. Those problems that occur almost related to
economic knowledge and it also involves management as a source solving of
problems.
Experiences with a non-government organization and working in other private
companies which provide services and spare parts marketing of multinational products
of automotive both as a retailer and a supplier as well as a supplier of row material fish
for some of exporter fish products in east Indonesia have been involving me in
numerous multinational business activities directly, and international indirectly. My first
career was an administrative employment for almost two years, and after which I have
been a sub of financial manager relating to managing expected return, cash flow, and
analyzing debt repayment of invested project materials and all of which enrich me a
good experience in business activities. Nevertheless, the longer I practiced, the more
obvious to me that I have to upgrade my knowledge, not solely for the title, but also
empower me in theoretical and practices of business activities, especially in my
domain professional interest with a more advance business activities.
International trade is economic knowledge and an advanced broad knowledge
in the view point of management and development study therefore, management as
my firm field of study proven by my first choice in Bachelor Sarjana Degree stimulate
me to understand about that aspects more deeply in order to give more contribution
both to my company and to the young generation to create a better relations with
multinational companies in the world which help the development of economic
activities in Indonesia, including with United State of America and Indonesias
economic as well as educational for a better relationship of both of our countries.
Under such knowledge will provide international business activities to be a guideline
for providing good cooperation with any company that will open branch in the era
globalization in AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Are) as well as APEC ( Asia Pacific
Economic Cooperation) while maintaining relation with American countries

Final Remarks
With my point of view above hopefully convince you Sir/Madam that I am right
candidate for Fulbright Scholarship Program as a realistic solution to approach my
goal. The difference materials and the lack of professional human resources in the
field concerned force me to realize my future study abroad with competence university
relate to my knowledge and experiences by which I can contribute to boost world
economic activities to create more employment in my country in the future.
