1000 reports, articles and special reports published in
Marathi, English dailies, weeklies and magazines
Research guidance since last 20 years and 8 students
have completed Ph.D. successfully under his guidance
and 250 masters dissertations guided by him.
As the Chairman of the Campus Development
Committee of BAMU developed 150 acres of Waste Land
in to the Fruit land by planting successfully 10,000 fruit
plants such as mango, amala, custard apple, tamarind.
Campus of BAMU is now green fruitland now and
started yielding fruits. ( 2000- 2011)
For Department of Mass Communication and Journalism
of Bamu conceived, planned and by consistent
persuasion DIGITAL STUDIO PROJECT got sanctioned
by Govt. of Maharahstra under leadership of then chief
minister Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh of Rs.5.30 cr.
As the Director Student Welfare innovative schemes and
programs such as Earn and Learn Scheme for poor
boys & girls were implemented such as File Making
Unit, Pad Making Unit , Envelop Making Unit , Photo
copying Centre. The stationary required for university is
prepared under brand name Shramprathistha ( Dignity
of Labour )
Delivered more than 1000 special lectures on various
socio-economic, student-centric issues, higher
education, research and development in India, in
