a nest of branches and to beat his chest with cupped palms. This kind of life is what every gorilla goes
through and so Ivan felt that he lead a perfect life.
2) Did Ivan miss his home and family? How did he console himself?

A. He did miss his home but he consoled himself saying that tag had lost her life because she kept on
thinking of her home and couldnt adjust to the new surroundings.
3. How did he manage to get the flute?
A . He was walking on the road with the fishing rod when he saw a boy playing flute. The boy showed
interest in the fishing rod; so Ranji exchanged his fishing rod for the flute.

A . Ranji tried to play the flute, but could hardly produce any sound. He met a boy who said he could play
the flute well. But he did not have any money. He only had a necklace made of beads. Ranji took the
necklace because he felt it was pretty and gave the boy the flute.
