All our technicians are qualified to a minimum of
PCN Level 2 for the NDT tasks we undertake.
All testing is undertaken within the scope of our ISO
9001 registration and following documented NDT
procedures.

ultrasonic testing of forgings, castings and
welds.

qualified to PCN and SNT Level 2 in Magnetic
Particle Inspection.

Testing of butt welds in plate and pipe to
ASME V article 4.

Penetrant Testing.

capable of hardness testing.

castings and welds.
Colour contrast inspection using red
dyes against a whitened background.
Fluorescent inspection using UV light
sources.
All operators certified to a minimum of
PCN Level 2/SNT Level II.

Hardness testing using a Foundrax

10/3000HB (320mm max size) Brinell
machine.
Hardness testing using an Ernst STE
harness tester suitable for use on nearly
any shape or size object.
Harness testing of forgings, castings or
welds.

Visual Inspection

Fixed installation digital Rockwell
machine capable of both regular and
superficial hardness measurements.

EN ISO 6506-1, BS EN ISO 6508-1 and ASTM
E10, quadrant testing (NS1) also available.
