Agency Agreement
This agreement is made between Name of Company, Address of Company, Qatar (Hereinafter
called First Party) and M/s Wise International Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Nepal. License No.:837/066/067
address Dhapasi-8, Basundhara, Kathmandu, Nepal, Telephone +977-1-4387537 (Hereinafter
called Second Party) have agreed under the following terms and conditions:
Terms and condition:1. First Party will provide the authentic Demand letter and other required documents as per
the rule of Nepal Government.
2. Second party arrange the schedule of interview to select suitable workers for all
categories
3. Second Party will select the right candidates and forward the personal data, Passport
copy, Photograph, medical report and related other document to the first party as per their
detailed position, salary and other benefits.
4. First party will process the visa and send the visa of the workers to the second party with
in maximum 30 days time after getting the document of the workers.
5. Second party will send all the worker within 30 days after getting the visa of the workers
6. First party will fulfill all the condition agreed upon by both parties regarding the
accommodation, salary, working hour, overtime and other conditions and make sure that
the recruited workers are paid their salary in time on a regular basis.
7. Second party hereby agrees to replace any worker found unsuitable or unfit for the job or
found medically unfit free of cost within the probationary period of six months
8. All other terms and conditions not covered by this agreement will be applicable as per
QATAR labour Law
9. Both the parties hereto discussed all the above matters in detail and agreed to all the
terms and condition in this agreement and put their signature in two identical originals
one to kept by each party.
10. In case of death of the employee during the contract period, the company shall agree to
repatriate the remains of the deceases along with the personal belongings and saving at
the expenses of the company. Both in case of death and injury compensation shall be
paid according to Labor Laws of employed country.
