CAREER OBJECTIVES:

KEY SKILLS: ERP/SAP MM (Jr. Functional Consultant), Stores and Excise Activities. Sound Functional background
in manufacturing industry. Undergone one testing and implementation in-house ERP/SAP R/3 for MM modules.
Configuration, Customizing and Support.
Stores Department:
• Control over the Central Material Operation for engineering and raw & packaging materials.
• Stores accounting and documentation. Classification and codification of materials.
• Valuation of material receipts and issues. Financial control over stocks and stores. Control over material
consumption and costs. Integration of stores accounts with financial and cost accounts. Valuation of closing
stocks.
• Inventory control through material planning & fixation of levels. Reporting of inventory control. Accounting
for scrap, tools, material disposal and other misc. stores transaction.
• Modvat-accounting and control over volume and nature of stocks involved. Control over stocking procedure
according to the computerized program. Maintaining sub-stores and other storage section according to the
required specific environmental condition.
• Systematic training to the subordinates in efficient material handling, accounting and control. Experience
in computerized ERP/SAP -R/3 integrated system of inventory management.
Auditing:
• Internal auditor for group of companies. (During Year Ending Process).
• Control over the stock audit for the sub stores and Documentation. Auditing of raw materials & store material
in central stores as well as sub-stores.
• Reporting to management on stock verification procedures and adjustments.
• Auditor for the civil projects & for the day-to-day updating of WIP.
Materials Distribution:
• Distribution of stores & spares/consumable to group of companies and sub-stores.
• Control over minimum stock maintenance through effective distribution network reduction / control through
reduction of transportation cost. Control over the warehousing system & its operation.
• Handling Excise formalities and maintaining excise records. Follow up with excise authority for the dispatches
of finished product to the internal & external customers as per the given Schedule.
• Maintaining transportation on less operative cost. Maintaining the available vehicles up to the maximum
utilization.
House Keeping:
• House Keeping with organized team through rotation by monthly basis without extra expenditure.Control over
the house keeping operation through organized self developed team. In Charge for the house keeping in
and around factory premises.
• Maintaining all departments with the required environment to meet the statutory requirements.
Scrap Sales:
• Control over accounting of scrap, reusable material and material disposal. Control over scrap sales
procedure & processing.
• The scrap materials with special identification keeping in the specified/marked rooms. Computerized
accounting for the scrap/used material and its disposal.
• Reporting to management on monthly scrap stock/disposal.
