Addison Dispatch received a 911 call from wireless — from a male, later identified as Suspect Scott Marshal, who reported a female had been shot inthe face and needed medical attention. During the initial cal, Marshall disconnected from Addison Dispatch. Addison Dispatch called the number logged tothe caller by Addison 911 back and received the caller's voice male, which identified the calle as Scott Marshall. Addison Officers respond to the location and found a deceased female with a gunshot wound tothe head. Addison Officers entered 15738 Quorum Dr to check for additional injured person and found blood onthe first and second floor level of the residence. Addison Police have handled pri calls involving Marshall which Marshall listed 15738 Quorum Dr, Addison mt as his home address. On 12/20/2009 about 10:50am Addison Officers responded to a shooting call at 15738 Quorum Drive, Addison, Dallas County, Texas. Addison Communication received a “911” call from Scott Marshall, who reported a female, had been shot in the face and needed medical attention, Later witness Sarah Durand told investigators that she was in the same room with Scott Marshall and Staci Montgomery. She saw Montgomery sitting on the couch and Scott Marshall standing over her with a gun in his hand after the shot was fired. She said that Marshall dragged Montgomery's body from the couch to the front door step outside of the house, and then she and Marshall left the location. Marshall and Durand were located at the Grapevine Bar, 3902 Maple Ave., in Dallas, Texas, Durand was sitting in Marshall’s vehicle and subsequently arrested for outstanding warrants. Marshall was subsequently arrested for the murder of Staci Montgomery. Atno time did Durand notify any law enforcement agency about the shooting. She was with Marshall for about seven hours, even when he purchased clothing to change into at Wal-Mart.
