LLC Geomash manufactures a wide number of universal drilling rigs for solution of tasks in the field of drilling of
exploration wells, seismic exploration, engineering researches, drilling of wells of different function when performing
construction works, and also hydrogeological wells.
For more than 130-year of the company history a lot of things changed, invariable was only one our aspiration to
create drilling equipment capable to provide effective drilling for our partners.
The "Geomash" quality management system conforms to the ISO 9001:2008 standard concerning design and
production of mobile drilling rigs, spare parts and boring tools.
Detailed knowledge of technological drilling processes and problems which our buyers face in the course of drilling
give the chance to create the drilling rigs which are most adapted for the geological conditions and tasks solved by our
buyers.
Companies of various activity profile successfully operate with "Geomash" products.
Largest geophysical organizations are constant partners of Geomash.
Among them are gas-and oil-extracting enterprises, such as JSC Gazprom, Lukoil, Transneft, Rosneft and others.
Our delivery geography isn't limited to the territory of the Russian Federation and includes countries of the Near and
far-abroad countries.
We seek to turn our knowledge and experience in the area of development and production of drilling rigs into
competitive advantages of our partners.

UBV Drill rigs

UBV-318, UBV-320 drilling rigs with a hydraulically driven power swivel are
intended for drilling of hydrogeological, geological exploration, degassing
and technical wells in grounds of the XII drilling category.
The plant provides:
- rotary core and non core drilling with fluid circulating / air flush technology
- rotary drilling with reverse air circulation - RC technology (UBV-320)
- DTH drilling of wells with a diameter up to 490 mm.

UBV Drill Rig

UBV class drill rigs are mounted on special automobile chassis KAMAZ-6522
(Euro 4) with a 66 wheel base. The drilling rig drive is carried out from the
car engine via PTO.

For simplification of RIH/POOH production operations the rigs are supplied

with threaded connections drillpipe breaker, single-pipe loader and the utility
hoist with a telescopic cargo arrow.
Basic equipment provides both core and no-core drilling
with fluid circulation or air flushing.
Electronic control system provides accurate control
of the rotation speed, torque value and push-down force,
as well as allows to control the occurrence
of accidents in the well.
Optionally delivery of a tube holder is possible.
All mechanisms and units of the rig
have a hydraulic drive.
Mast design, existence of a crown block and
the main winch provide descent of upsetting
columns in accordance with the existing
of safety measures requirements.
Performance can be enhanced
by the optional equipment

The new construction drilling rig

USG-010
For the first time in Russia a domestic producer created a pile drilling
rig with a telescopic Kelly-bar and a casing oscillator of its own design.

USG-010 Drill rig

Pile rotary drilling rig USG-010 is designed for well drilling in

construction of bored and secant piles to carry out foundation works in
the industrial and civil construction.

23

Telescopic Kelly-bar, ensures the transmission of torque and axial

loads from the rolling of the rotor and can be used with auger, bucket
and core drills without any adaptors.
The design of the USG-010 drilling rig provides:
- drilling of unstable moisture, saturated soil under protection of a
column of upsetting pipes, immersion and extraction of witch is
carried out by a rotator, and in difficult geological conditions by a
casing oscillator;
- construction "in soil wells" by secant pile row construction .
Installation is mounted on the chassis of the crawler excavator and
driven from its main engine.
Identifying features of the plant:
- telescopic bar, boring tool and casing oscillator of Geomash
development and production

Caterpillar transport vehicle GTM-0.8

Caterpillar transport vehicle GTM-0.8 is a unique transport vehicle in
the field of domestic caterpillar transporters with the load carrying
capacity up to 1.5t.*
GTM-0.8 is driven by a Kubota V3800-T (Japan), 84.5HP diesel
engine. Power of the attached equipment is taken off via the PTO.
The transporter can be delivered in passenger and cargo-and-passenger versions or it can be used for various equipment transportation.
Application area:
Equipment installation
- Load carrying capacity of the transporter allows to use it as drilling
equipment chassis.
Oil and gas industry
- milling tool installation for remediation of contaminated soil by oil at
full or emergency repair of the oil pipelines;
- oil pipelines patrolling;
- rescue operations (transport of emergency operations service).
Fire-fighting
- personnel and equipment transport;
Energy sector
- electric transmission lines and energy distribution network maintenance;
- transmission lines patrolling.
Forest sector and planting of greenery
- right-of-way forest clearing and right-of-way maintenance;
- clearing of industrial value territory and building sites preparation.
Advantages of the GTM-0.8:
- Reliable units: GAZ-71 transmission, undercarriage is on base of
support rollers and caterpillar GAZ-71. Safety of these units is
verified by completed GTM operations in tundra forests in Western
Siberia and Nenets Autonomous District tundra.
- Low ground pressure (makes the transporters usage possible in
soils with low load carrying capacity, i.e. bogs, snow).
- Small width clearance (1,87m) and light weight (from 3t to 4t) allows
to use the transporter in forested terrain with minimal damage to the
environment and also to transport it by unspecialized cargo motor
vehicles.
- Tightness of the case and existence of boards of the TGM allows to
overcome water barriers.
- Efficient diesel engine and low fuel rate 5..6 l/h (fuel distance 400km, fuel tank 70l).
- Spare parts availability.
- Large area of cabin glazing provides clear vision at the movement
on cross-country terrain.
- High maneuverability.

aterpillar transport vehicle GTM-0.8R

29

aterpillar transport vehicle GTM-0.8R

GTM-0.8R is a caterpillar transport vehicle which is assigned for contaminated
soil remediation. It is provided with a hydraulically driven milling tool with an
operating width of 2.0m. GTM-0.8R is driven by a diesel engine Kubota V3800T,
97.6HP.
Today GTM-0.8R with the remediation equipment is the only merchantable
solution for elimination of emergency oil and oil products spills.
The advantages are the following:
- Combined body hermeticity and low contact pressure factor of the
caterpillar transporter provides its effective use in boggy soil; in thick snow
cover; allows to overcome offroad and water barriers. The transporter does
minimum damage to soil and vegetative cover when being used in summer
time in tundra and forest tundra.
- Efficient diesel engine with a spacious fuel tank provides a cruising range of
the transporter up to 400km.
- Reliable, time-proved main gear and steering clutch control of GAZ-71
have durable life time; they are simple and effective in service.
- Transporter small size allows using it effectively in forest areas and it
makes possible to ship it on the vehicle with a standard width of carrier deck
on public-access roads.
- Spacious cab of the transporter, designed according to ergonomic
demands, provides necessary view in contrast to adapted demilitarized
crawler transporters; operational comfort for the driver and the passenger; it
is equipped by firm and proper seats, the drivers seat is supported by
springs and it can be adjusted according to the drivers weight; electric
(mechanical) screen wipers are attached to its windscreens. Transporter
control is comfortable and ergonomic.
- Road clearance is 480mm. It is the highest rate among the amphibian
vehicles and it provides superior cross-country capacity.

The offorader GTM-0.8 R vehicle can be shipped in passenger

and cargo-and-passenger versions.
