LLC Geomash manufactures a wide number of universal drilling rigs for solution of tasks in the field of drilling of
exploration wells, seismic exploration, engineering researches, drilling of wells of different function when performing
construction works, and also hydrogeological wells.
For more than 130-year of the company history a lot of things changed, invariable was only one our aspiration to
create drilling equipment capable to provide effective drilling for our partners.
The "Geomash" quality management system conforms to the ISO 9001:2008 standard concerning design and
production of mobile drilling rigs, spare parts and boring tools.
Detailed knowledge of technological drilling processes and problems which our buyers face in the course of drilling
give the chance to create the drilling rigs which are most adapted for the geological conditions and tasks solved by our
buyers.
Companies of various activity profile successfully operate with "Geomash" products.
Largest geophysical organizations are constant partners of Geomash.
Among them are gas-and oil-extracting enterprises, such as JSC Gazprom, Lukoil, Transneft, Rosneft and others.
Our delivery geography isn't limited to the territory of the Russian Federation and includes countries of the Near and
far-abroad countries.
We seek to turn our knowledge and experience in the area of development and production of drilling rigs into
competitive advantages of our partners.
UBV class drill rigs are mounted on special automobile chassis KAMAZ-6522
(Euro 4) with a 66 wheel base. The drilling rig drive is carried out from the
car engine via PTO.

Auger drilling
The multi-purpose LBU-50 drilling rig with a mechanical drive of a mobile rotator
is intended for drilling of wells of different function when performing construction
works, technical, hydrogeological and water supply, engineering researches and
prospecting works.
Drilling rigs of the LBU-50 series possess high rates of technical characteristics
and modern constructive decisions: range of frequency of rotation of 14-220
revolutions per minute allow to use various boring tools, including hard-alloy
crowns, bladed and rolling drilling bits, carriage course - 3900 mm makes it
possible to use elements of the bottom hole assembly and drill pipes with a
standard length of 3200 mm - 3500 mm hydraulic mud pump or compressors
allows to smoothly change their performance
All models of LBU-50 provide a wide range of drilling methods:
auger drilling
auger bore (raisen) drilling
DTH drilling
fluid circulating/Air rotary drilling

MBU 320 carries out effective auger, and also diamond cores drilling.
It is mounted on the caterpillar track vehicle GTM-0.8 that allows to use the
drilling rig in remote areas and in cross-country conditions.
The hydraulic system of the drilling rig is given
from the transport base engine.
GTM-0.8 is a unique vehicle in a class of domestic caterpillar track vehicles
with a loading capacity up to 1.5 tons.
The efficient diesel GTM-0.8 engine with a capacious fuel tank provides an
action radius to 500 km.

The drilling rig is mounted on a caterpillar cart which is driven via a hydraulic system.
The cart speed makes 1,9 km/h.
Features of the drilling plant:
provides drilling of inclined wells not only in longitudinal, but also in cross planes
stand with the feeder is ser to working/transport position by a hydraulic cylinder
for increase of stability the directing stand is equipped with the mechanism
of longitudinal movement of the stand to the stop at soil contact.
governing bodies of installation are placed on main and auxiliary panels.
Traffic control of the caterpillar cart is carried out remotely from the portable panel.
