Management Research Project: Corporate Strategy for Carrier Air-conditioner (Philippines).
The research was based on the paradigm of structure- conduct-performance for strategizing. The external
environmental analysis was done with a focus on organizational strategizing and internal analysis was focused on
organizational diagnosis.
