DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This DEED made and executed by:
ENRICO JOHNSON DY.LEE,married,Filipino, of legal age and with residence
Address at 23rd st., Mt. Noah,Forbes Park Makati City,hereinafter referred to as
VENDOR,and

Spouses MARICRIS P.MENDOZA and JOVITO D. MENDOZA both Filipinos,


Of legal age and residing at Lot 16, Blk. 2 Pantabangan Ave, Nia Village, Tandang
Sora, Quezon City,hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the VENDOR, is the absolute and registered owner in fee simple a

Quezon City,under Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-2306474 registered with the
Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, technically described as follows:

Is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR to their full satisfaction, The VENDOR hereby
Sells,codes, conveys and otherwise disposes of by way of this DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE,the property described above unto the VENDEE, has heirs and assigns free from
All liens and encumbrances.

The VENDOR warrants title and peaceful possession and ownership of the above
Described property in favor of the VENDEE and that VENDOR further declares that the
Same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
