Company Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services Company (VMS) is a State subsidy under
the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation. The company was formed in
April 16th 1993; it has become the first mobile communication operator GSM
900/1800 with the brand MobiFone, land marking the start of the telecom sector in
Vietnam. MobiFone is specialized in setting up network and delivering telecom
