From 2008 2013, saved my corporate employer at least $900,000 in litigation and attorney costs through
workplace discrimination complaint investigations and handling employees medical accommodation requests
in compliance with the ADA.
In response to EEOC, state agency and arbitration charges, assisted counsel for the same employer by reviewing
my own work product and serving as the employers witness. Prevailed in all eight or more cases not pending.
Hired by that employer to serve on a Human Resources Team which successfully met the terms of a consent
decree when I modeled best practices and completing high quality and often complex discrimination and sexual
harassment investigations.
Created the employers ADA program that accommodated over two thousand staff and field employees.

the clients in house or external legal counsel with summary reports, findings and recommendations
submitted to the attorney.
Report findings include conclusions regarding the merits of the allegations, recommendations for corrective
actions and assessments of the clients exposure to the risk of liability based on their policies as well as
national, state and local EEO & ADA statutes.
