A NEW BREED OF OUTLAW


This is not about "tenants' rights", and it's not about a landlord/tenant dispute. The subject in question
here is stopping crooks who assume the guise of landlords in order to use apartment buildings to victimize
anyone who rents from them.
It's a wide open opportunity for any kind of violations they can do to steal money from the very people
who can least afford it. Then they drive them out to make way for new victims, and repeat it all over again.
We are NOT talking about some minor misunderstanding with a tenant. These are premeditated criminal
actions taking place against apartment dwellers at large. There are only a handful of owners doing this, but they
are getting richer and are expanding their holdings at our expense. They are also increasing in number. They
have to be stopped!

BULLIEE SYMPTOMS
Here is how to tell if your landlords are BULLIEEs. Below is a list of some common abusive practices by predatory landlords.
