We had different views on each our interviews this included

contracts, benefits, Educational Background, long- term and shortterm goals and retirement plans. Some our findings were related to
one another however others were quite different.
Contract- After analysing our interviews we have seen similarities
and differences. Most of the contracts our interviewees had were
permanent full. However there was one interviewee had a part-time
contract. In particular interviewees people said that their current
jobs are not guaranteed for life. However, others did not mention
this point.
Benefits The benefits of the interviewees varied some more
benefits than others. So some of the common benefits associated
with the interviewees was a safe working, which is free of
discrimination. They all also shared the benefit of being entitled to
superannuation and a sufficient salary. However, Some
interviewees had various differences regarding working conditions
and facilities like laptops, flexibility of using outsourced sites such as
personal emails.
Long and Short Term Goals- Most of the interviewees had common
short and long term goals which was promotion. Some of them
wanted to change their job or wanted to change their contract.
Others said that they would like to remain in their job for as long as
possible.
Retirement- the retirement plan for most interviewees was to take a
break from the fast moving world of employment. Some of the plans
were to travel the world and sleep. However, others wanted to share
their knowledge with those who are entering the workforce and are
yet to plan their career paths. They also wanted to work for
voluntary organisations and charity work.
Educational Background All interviewees graduated from high
school. Most of these people also graduated from university, others
are still attending university or have attended TAFE.
Judging by the interviews conducted and the comparisons made we
can conclude by saying certain aspects in employment is
fundamental for employment. Some of these aspects include a good
educational, hard work, good communication skills and variety of
skills.
These interviews show us why employment is crucial in todays
world, by incorporating this aspects they are not only successful in
their own career but they can guide them into their future careers.
The perspectives of the interviewees has not changed our
perspectives of employment, we still are convinced that the
workforce requires hard work and dedication.

On the other hand Most of these people are willing to guide the next
generation, So I think we should follow their advice because they
are leaders who are willing to spread their experience or we are
screwed!
