The Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre in Eastern Province (IPRC EAST) based in former
ETO KIBUNGO seeks to recruit staff on permanent terms.
The former ETO KIBUNGO Facility has recently been upgraded to an Integrated Polytechnic
Regional Centre (IPRC) which will run under the supervision of WDA. The IPRC will be the
premier TVET institution in the eastern province. It will be known as IPRC East. The IPRC is
comprised of three constituent campuses; a Vocational Training Centre (VTC), a Technical
Secondary School (TSS) and a Polytechnic.
