APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03
Series of 2015
AN ORDINANCE SETTING ASIDE THE AMOUNT OF NINETY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS
(P 93,000,00) FROM THE 2014 BUDGET SURPLUS OF BARANGAY CALANGAHAN,
SAGBAYAN, BOHOL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Barangay of Calangahan, Sagbayan,
Bohol, that:
SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source-The amount of Ninety-three thousand
(P 93,000.00) pesos is made available for the purpose as herein specified and taken
from the Budget surplus of 2014.
SECTION 2. Purpose-The amount intended for allocation to the different
projects of the Barangay;
SECTION 3. Requesting Party-The Appropriation Ordinance is requested by
the Sangguniang Barangay of Calangahan, Sagbayan, Bohol as per Resoulution No.
08, series of 2015.
SECTION 4. Sponsorship and Deliberation- This Appropriation ordinance was
approved by the Body and duly deliberated by the members present.
SECTION 5. Effectively-This ordinance shall take effective upon its approval.

A RESOLUTION APROVING THE SURPLUS OF 2014 IN THE AMOUNT OF NINETY-THREE
THOUSAND PESOS (P 93,000,00) FOR THE ELECTRICITY, TRAVELLING EXPENSES,
SEMINARS AND TRAININGS, OFFICE SUPPLIES AND CASH GIFTS.
(Unanimously approved by the body)
WHEREAS, the Barangay Officials on their regular session approved for the 2014
surplus;
WHEREAS, the 2014 surplus share for the appropriation of electricity, travelling
expenses, seminars and training, office supplies and Cash Gifts.
WHEREAS, the body in session is called and assembled, has,
RESOLVED, to approved a resolution for the surplus of 2014 in the amount of (P
93,000.00) pesos for electricity, travelling expenses, seminars and trainings, office
supplies and Cash Gifts.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, on the 15th day of July 2015 at Calangahan,
Sagbayan, Bohol.
