Nature of Job:

To Inspect the materials for material identification as per applicable code specification,
purchase order copy and correlating it with MTC.
Knowledge about all Matrix supervision work.
Knowledge about punch listing Pre-commissioning & Hydro testing.
Attending Weekly and monthly meeting and QC feedback to the management
Get to know about Roles, Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities of Quality Inspector. Perform
dimensional, visual electrical & mechanical inspection using standard documentation &
procedures.
Utilize precision measuring tools to assist receiving inspection. Provide acceptance or rejection
for compliance to established standards & process.
To checking the raw material through vernier caliper, Digital vernier caliper, go / nogo gauges,
vernier bevel Protactor & Dial test indicator.
Knowledge about an optical system measuring instrument.
Checking the parts under the tolerance and accuracy.
All checking the component sub assemblies product as per laid down procedure / checklist work
instruction.
Verify conformance to applicable procedures and other approved documents.
Prepare procedure update and maintain files as needed by ISO certification and quality
enhancement, Interact effectively and professionally with all customers.
Train & Guide new quality assurance inspectors. Collect QC evaluate results utilizing simple
statistical tools.
