Inlet adapter: to connect the inlet on different pipe

diameters ( 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400 mm).

Outlet with grill (standard): or with elbow

and/or with silencer.

Pressure difference gauge: indication of the

pressure downfall over the filtercartridge
(filter pollution).

Operation:
The dust laden air flows through the inlet in the preseparator room 2 . The relatively heavy dust is separated
there immediately and falls into the dust container 6 (DM6000: 55 l and DM7000: 70 l). The rest of the dust in
the polluted air is being filtrated on the exterior of the filter cartridges and falls into the dust container as well 6 .
The clean air flows through the pores of the filtermaterial to the clean air room. The air will in principle be
carried back into the work area but can also be blown into the atmosphere. Without any interruption of the
activity 1 filter cartridge is recurrently being cleaned by means of compressed air. Because of the compressed
air a cartridge is being cut off with a valve in order for the spindle to come in rotation. Because of this the filter
material is being blown through fold by fold by means of blow pipes 3 and the dust layer built up on the
filtermaterial falls through the cone 5 in the dustbin. The construction is designed in such a modular way that
the inlet 2 , the inspection panel 4 , the fan housing 1 and the dustbin 6 can be constructed in different
ways towards each other.
