Troubleshooting
Course Summary
The Hosted PBX (HPBX) Deployment & Troubleshooting course is designed for individuals who are tasked
with building and supporting HPBX services. The course details how to create an appropriate feature package,
provisioning and deploying that solution, and how to provide efficient and effective customer support.
The course begins by analyzing sample customer requirements and translating them into an effective HPBX
configuration. The course also highlights how to best combine Call Feature Server (CFS) and Enhanced
Application Server (EAS) services to create the desired functionality. Building business groups and business
group templates is covered using the MetaView Web provisioning interface.
Support and troubleshooting the deployed solution is covered in detail. The MetaView Service Assurance
