dehydration, and other diseases.
Gathers and records patient information, medical history and reason for admission.
Conducts physical assessment and vital signs evaluation.
Makes endorsement to ER Physician and carry-out physician's orders.
Carry-out doctors order per hospital policies and guidelines.
Prepares patient for laboratory investigations, surgical and radiological procedures.
Prepares equipments and assists physician during patient examination and treatment.
Assist the doctor during minor surgeries and casting procedures.
Initiates and maintains patent intravenous line.
Administers high alert medications, narcotics, and controlled drugs.

Prepares and administers medication through oral, rectal, and parenteral routes.
