Patanjalis yoga was a facts of contemplation and not mere physical activities as we
observe in yoga classes prevailing now a days. To know the use of five elements
and their utility is of great relevence that we can observe as follows.The awareness
as to what we do and what effect that provides us is the key factor in the process of

yoga.
