offering retail electricity and natural gas servicse to more than 3.6 million customers in Connecticut,
Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Eversource is using oracle apps 11i (Galaxy) for customer care support application. Galaxy is a Call Center
Application that is built on Oracle e business Suite. Oracle CRM is a part of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business
Suite). It is a primary application for Customer Care business area and also it has been integrated with various
self-service applications (IVR & WEB, Mainframe)
Role: Functional Consultant for SCM /CRM track
Responsibilities:
Supporting Tele Sales, Telephony, procurement Module , Supporting Inbound and outbound interfaces

Motorola Solutions, Inc. is an American data communications and telecommunications equipment provider
that succeeded Motorola Inc., following the spinoff of the mobile phones division into Motorola Mobility in 2011.
The company is headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
Motorola Solutions using Release 12 for its order management process. Order entering and booking is
happening in this OM R12 instance (L2 instance), and all other process like shipping process are happened
in L3 systems (11i systems), After shipping the details are loaded back to L2 System. For L2 , L3 Transaction
process Motorola solutions maintain a set of interfaces. In this project we are supporting all these interfaces
and the OM application using incident management system.

Role: Functional Consultant for SCM track


Responsibilities:
Supporting OM , PO Modules, p2p, o2c , Incident management process.
Executed end to end testing of all interfaces with third party system in order to avoid any last minute issues.

utilize the environment on a monthly basis and languages continue to be added at a feverish pace. The
environment is designed to be a single instance for indirect sourcing. Custom interfaces bring in necessary
data such as employees, accounts, and project information to perform the transaction. Custom interfaces also
export transaction data to legacy systems such as Account Payable and General Ledger. These inbound and
outbound interfaces are standardized in order to facilitate easy integrations.
