Each country has its own government which is reasponsable for taking care of
national security.some may say that circumventing civil laws is one of the respo
nsibilities that
only government should do. However, government should always vote for laws and t
hat is for two reasons:
Voting can satisfy civilians and ensuring that government is not corrubted.
Circumventing civil laws is an issue that should be voted to satisfy civilians.
For example,
when government will add or remove laws without taking people's opinions, people
will feel as if
in prison and someone telling them what to do and what not to do. People need to
feel that they are part
of the country even if they are uneducated. That's because when people feel ther
e role and voting is important
will work with more enthisuasm. Also, laws are part of people lifes that put lin
es on what and what's not to do.
People need to have the right to share their opinion because they will work on t
his laws. Therefore, if people didnot
agree on law, they will work by it beacuse its against their life and what they
want.
Another reason why people should vote on laws, not only government, is to ensure
uncorrubted government. In most contries, when
government start to put laws without people's opinions, some of them will want t
o add or remove law that against his bussiness.
For instance, if one of the ministries is not agree on taxes percentage and want
to decrease it. Another example is a ministry who is not
getting affected by the uneducated people so he will specify or decrease the fro
m the country's money devoted to learn uneducated people.
People need to take part in voting for their laws which protect them from any gr
eedy ministry and also to ensure that governemnt is not corrubted.
To sum up, circumventing civil laws is not an easy task but should be done not o
nly by government but also by voting via civilians.
Voting will satisfy people and also ensure that no corrubtion is done in the gov
ernment. Even if people doesnot understand the law
they will vote on, government should ensure that everyone understand the civil l
aws that protect him and every person in the country.
7:20-7:50
Physical illness and mental illness can cause problems to many companies. Althou
gh Human Resources Manager introduced two perfect solution for
physical illness and mental illness, the HR didnot give enough evidance to suppo
rt the conclusion. The HR Manager didnot interview with the workers to know the
real reason
and also mentioned that insurance plan and counseling program will cause increas
e in productivity without showing any statistics on the productivity increase th
rough out the years.
The argument is weaken by less evidance regarding the statistics of employee sic
k days. There is no evidance that employee took those sick days for real sick re
asons.
For example, the argument didnot mention any interview with the workers to discu
ss their ill problems. Also, the study focus on very short period which is two y
ears increase in employee
sick days and after one year the percentage decrease. The argument focused on 15
% and didnot talk about the other reasons for employee sick days.Hence, the stat
istics are not clear and only focusing on

the mental and physical illness which only contribute for 15 percent of the empl
oyee sick days.
Another weakness in the argument is the conclusion about increasing production.
The study made only focused on reducing the employee sick days and didnot relate
to production. Also, there is no link
between making workers in good health by increasing production because there may
be other reasons that cause decrease for production such as techonolgy used or
number of workers. However, making employee in good
health can make encouragment to work harder because the company is caring for th
ere health but cannot be the solution for increasing productivity.
To sum up, the argument is weaken because of less clear statistics and linking p
roductivity to employee's health. The writer could give more convincing argument
by making interview with workers and viewing the reason for
increasing employee sick days. Also, improving and caring of workers' health can
be good step for production increase but not the only solution.
