Dear Dhaval,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are
pleased to offer your services for the position of Cashier for three months of
training period with stipend of Rs. 5000 CTC per month. We would expect you
to report on 14/12/2009 for induction training. Job timings: 9:30 to 7:30

On the date of your joining, you may please bring along the following
documents:

1. 3 Passport Size photographs

2. Family Photograph
3. All Relevant Copies of Educational Certificates along with Originals.
4. Relieving Letter from the previous employer
5. Appointment letter of the previous employer and subsequent salary
revision letters
6. Last pay slip received from the previous employer or last six months bank
statement showing the salary.
7. Form 16 (TDS certificate)
8. Driving License (is must)
9. Residence Proof (1.Passport/2.Ele. Bill/3.Tele. Bill)
10. Physical fitness Certificate (Fitness, Vision, Blood group)
11. Two reference letters of reputed persons or from your previous
organization.

This letter is subject to receipt of satisfactory references.
